Pentarch Forestry Customer Survey Promotion Terms & Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry (“Terms and Conditions”). Any entry not complying with the Terms and Conditions is invalid. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Promoter is Allen Taylor Co. Ltd trading as (Pentarch Forestry) of Unit D1, Regents Park Estate, 391 Park Rd, Regents Park NSW 2143, ABN 39 000 003 056 (the “Promoter”).
  3. Entry is open to all existing Pentarch Forestry customers and their staff, aged 18 years or over.
  4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter this promotion.
  5. This Promotion commences on 23rd October 2024 at 12.00pm and concludes on 31st January 2025 at 11.59pm AEST. (“Promotion Period”).
  6. To be eligible to enter, individuals must complete the survey. All fields must be completed correctly. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
  7. One prize draw will be conducted at Regents Park on the 4th February 2025 at 11am. All entries will go into the draw for the prize and the winner will be chosen at random.
  8. Winners will be notified by email by the 7th February 2025. The winner will have fourteen (14) days of beginning notified to claim their prize.
  9. The prize includes $2000 worth of Pentarch Forestry hardwood timber product (subject to availability) or a $2000 credit on the customers trading account. The winner can only choose one of the prize options. Total prize pool valued at $2000 inc GST. Timber product pricing will be based on the winning customers current account price list. Unless expressly stated, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
  10. The prize will be given to the merchant account holder not an individual employee.
  11. The prizes are non-transferrable and non-redeemable for cash. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any component of the prize for an item of equal value at their discretion.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has: (a) breached any these Terms and Conditions; (b) tampered with the entry process; or (c) have not completed the entry process correctly.
  14. The Promoter’s decision relating to an entry is full and final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
  16. The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion. PI will not be shared with a third party.
  17. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by laws.
  18. By entering the competition, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from the Promoter which can be unsubscribed from at any time.
  19. By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions
