Taking the Architectural Scene by Storm

Shiplap Cladding in Brunswick Heads Takes the Architectural Scene by Storm!

Pentarch Forestry’s brand new 78x19mm Shiplap panel boards are on display for the first time on a unique three-story, single-bedroom residence constructed recently in Brunswick Heads.

It’s the first use of the product which has achieved an elegant touch to this build thanks to its extraordinary length.

“Our 78x19mm Blackbutt Shiplap proved to be the ideal selection for the construction,” stated Daniel Parkin, Pentarch Forestry National Specification Manager.

“Its remarkable elongated lengths were particularly advantageous for the three-story application. Additionally, the stability of the 78x19mm profile, combined with Blackbutt’s durability, fire rating, and sustainable characteristics, played a pivotal role in the Architect and Builder’s decision to choose our product over alternatives.”

This project is a fantastic showcase of the 78x19mm Shiplap and the team at Twil Constructions has done an amazing job in accentuating its unique features.

The project also features Pentarch’s Blackbutt F27, 80x14mm overlay and 86x19mm Decking supplied by our friends at JH Williams.

“The curved deck ceiling is a particularly nice touch and really shows what can be achieved with beautiful Australian hardwood.”
